Preparing faithful disciples for the Second Coming of Christ

Our Mission

KUSDA exists to prepare faithful, committed, sacrificial army of Christ's disciples, who, knowing the times like the sons of Issachar are ready for the second coming of Christ and are actively involved in preparing others for the impending and imminent return of Jesus in glory.

To be a transformative, dynamic, disciple-making church, raising Christ-centered servant leaders.

Est. 1985

Serving the Kenyatta University community for over 41 years, ministering to 70,000+ students on the main campus.

Our Objectives

To strengthen the faith commitment of church members to Seventh-Day Adventist beliefs and mission

To prepare church members to deal with challenges that arise in a secular environment

Our Approach to Leadership

Leadership is a divinely appointed responsibility that only eternity can tell its influence

Ensure continuous training of leaders and preparing them to work effectively

Prompt the church to be proactive not reactive, creating no room for dormancy

Help discover strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats

Get everyone on the same page for decision making and problem solving

Focus on deep biblical-theological issues: core purpose, mission, values, vision and strategy

Face the reality of chaotic change and make tough decisions

Become positive in approach to ministry by envisioning what can be done

Identify and solve major organizational problems
