Each department plays a vital role in fulfilling our mission
Personal Ministries Department
The Personal Ministries department's primary focus is evangelism. Its goal is to aid in the preparation of men and women for the Kingdom of Glory. The department collaborates closely with other departments to support soul-winning efforts.
Key Activities:
- Community service and outreach programs
- Literature evangelism and Bible studies
- Visitation ministry to hospitals and homes
Adventist Chaplaincy Ministry (ACM)
Providing spiritual care through prison ministry, hospital visitation, school ministry, and children's homes ministry. The ACM brings Christ's healing love to those who are suffering or in need.
Key Activities:
- Prison ministry and rehabilitation support
- Hospital visitation and patient care
- School ministry outreach
Adventist Youth Ministry (AYM)
Leading young people into a saving relationship with Christ through dynamic programs, leadership development, and service opportunities. AYM includes Junior Youth (ages 10-15) and Senior Youth (ages 16-30) programs.

- Junior Youth programs (ages 10-15)
- Senior Youth activities (ages 16-30)
- Leadership training and mentorship
Sabbath School Department
Fostering Bible study, fellowship, and spiritual growth through systematic study of God's Word every Sabbath morning. Led by the Superintendent and assisted by trained teachers.

- Weekly Sabbath School classes
- Bible study lesson discussions
- Missionary report sharing
Special Needs Department
Ensuring inclusive worship and ministry for individuals with disabilities, creating an accessible and welcoming church environment for all God's children.
Key Activities:
- Accessibility support for church services
- Sign language interpretation
- Special programs for differently-abled members
Children Ministries Department
Nurturing children's faith through age-appropriate teaching, activities, and programs that make learning about Jesus fun and engaging.

- Children's Sabbath School classes
- Vacation Bible School (VBS)
- Children's church services
Welfare Department
Providing compassionate assistance to members and community in need through food, clothing, financial aid, and support services.

- Food and clothing distribution
- Financial assistance for members in crisis
- Support for sick and bereaved families
Publishing Ministries Department
Spreading the gospel through literature, managing church publications, library services, and literature evangelism club activities.
Key Activities:
- Distribution of church magazines and books
- Literature evangelism training
- Management of church library
Prayer Ministries Department
Building spiritual unity through corporate prayer, prayer chains, and intercession that strengthen bonds of Christian love and dependence on God.

Prophecy Department
Teaching biblical prophecy and end-time events, helping members understand God's plan and prepare for Christ's second coming through Daniel and Revelation studies.

Health Ministries Department
Promoting whole-person health through education on nutrition, exercise, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices based on biblical health principles.

Stewardship Department
Teaching faithful management of time, talents, and resources, encouraging members to honor God through tithes and offerings.

Family Ministries
Supporting and strengthening families through counseling, workshops, and resources for healthy Christian relationships. The Family Ministries Council coordinates all family-related activities.

Communications Department
Managing church communications, social media presence, public address, and ensuring effective information flow within the church community.

KUSDA Studio Department
Production of audio-visual content for church services, events, and online ministry. Includes video specialists, audio specialists, and graphic artists.

Nurture and Retention Ministry
Welcoming new members, helping them integrate into church life, and ensuring long-term spiritual growth and retention in the faith community.

Church Investment & Development (CID)
Overseeing church property, infrastructure development, and investment projects for the growth and sustainability of KUSDA.

Adventist Men Organization (AMO)
Encouraging, leading, and nurturing men who serve as brothers, husbands, fathers, and ministry leaders.
To equip men to serve the church, their families, and each other in Christ-like leadership
Adventist Ladies Organization (ALO)
Empowering women in spiritual growth, leadership, and service within the church and community.
To nurture godly women who impact their families, church, and community for Christ
Adventist Campus Associates (ACA)
KUSDA alumni and community members who continue to support and fellowship with the church.
To maintain connection with graduates and provide mentorship to current students
Staff and Community Group
Members of staff, their families, and community members who worship in KUSDA.
To provide fellowship and support for non-student members of KUSDA
Council of Coordinators
There shall be a council of coordinators that shall oversee and coordinate ministries activities
Roles of the Council
- Administration and coordination of KUSDA activities and ministry activities
- Implementation of church programs through ministries
- Assigning, separation and sharing of activities amongst ministries
- Unifying and ensuring conflict resolution amongst ministries
- Ensure smooth, productive relations between ministries and the church
- Allocate first years to KUSDA ministries in liaison with nurture and retention
