This policy explains how Kenyatta University Seventh-day Adventist Church (“KUSDA Church”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information submitted through kusdachurch.org.

Information we collect

We collect only the information you choose to submit through our Contact and Appointment forms: your name, email address, phone number (where provided), and the content of your message or appointment request. We do not use tracking cookies or collect personal data through passive browsing.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry, prayer request, or appointment request
  • To route your message to the relevant department or the chaplaincy team
  • To keep an internal record of contact and appointment requests

How it is stored

Form submissions are stored securely in our Cloudflare D1 database and, where configured, emailed to the relevant church office via Resend. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-respecting analytics tool that does not use cookies or collect personally identifiable information, to understand overall site usage.

Your rights

You may request that we delete any information you have submitted by contacting us at info@kusdachurch.org.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of this website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
